KATE MOSS PRESENTED AN INFORMATION SESSION ON “WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SOMEONE DIES” AS PART OF SENIORS WEEK 2017
Kate Moss, Director, presented an information session about “What Happens When Someone Dies” as part of the Seniors Week 2017.
Kate discussed some of the more common questions that people have about finalising the legal and financial affairs of a family member who has died.
- do I need a Will
- what happens if you die without a Will
- who do I notify when someone dies
- what is Probate
- do I need Probate
- what if someone challenges my Will
- is there an inheritance tax
The presentation focussed on providing an opportunity for attendees to ask questions of the firm’s dedicated Probate lawyers who practice exclusively in this area, and guests were encouraged to come prepared with a question.
Worrall Moss Martin Lawyers hosted this information session on Thursday 19 October 2017 at our office at 133 Macquarie Street, Hobart.
