Hannah Boxall B.A. LL.B. (Hons) is an Estate and Trust litigation lawyer at Worrall Moss Martin Lawyers. Hannah works with Peter Worrall, Kate Hanslow and Thomas Slatyer in the Estate and Trust Disputes practice area.
Hannah acts for clients involved in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Tasmania relating to deceased estates. She has experience in both contested Probate actions and claims for provision from an estate under the Testator’s Family Maintenance Act 1912 (Tasmania).
Hannah is a graduate of the University of Tasmania with Honours, and holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Hannah enjoys travelling and completed a semester abroad at the University of Sheffield in the UK as part of her undergraduate degree.
Hannah enjoys working closely with clients to help them make informed decisions about estate disputes.
Recent projects have included

- engaging interstate agents on an urgent basis to assist with the filing of a Supreme Court caveat
- negotiating the terms of a complex Deed of Settlement involving farming property
