Hannah acts for clients requiring assistance in navigating the legal complexities and requirements following a death. In addition to general estate administration, she has experience in both contested probate actions and claims for provision from an estate under the Testator’s Family Maintenance Act 1912 (Tasmania).
Hannah is a graduate of the University of Tasmania with Honours, and holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Hannah enjoys travelling and completed a semester abroad at the University of Sheffield in the UK as part of her undergraduate degree.
Hannah enjoys working closely with clients to help them make informed decisions about estate disputes.
