Eve Hickey, B.A. LL.B. (Hons), is an estate dispute lawyer working with Director Peter Worrall, Senior Associate Lawyers Rob Meredith and Kate Hanslow, and lawyer Thomas Slatyer, in the Estates & Trusts Disputes practice area at Worrall Moss Martin Lawyers.
Eve acts for clients requiring assistance with contested probate actions and claims for provision from an estate under the Testator’s Family Maintenance Act 1912 (Tasmania).
Eve is a graduate of the University of Tasmania with First Class Honours, and holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
Eve enjoys thinking strategically and finding solutions to complex legal problems. She is motivated to continue her learning and development by undertaking further study in the area of estate law, and by keeping up to date with current case law and developments.
In addition to her interest in Estates and Commercial practice, Eve is passionate about animal law, which was the topic of her undergraduate honours thesis. Outside of the law, Eve participates in competitive dancing and practices yoga.

- assisting Peter Worrall to draft advice about the rights of beneficiaries in the distribution of a complex estate
- preparing materials about the capacity of Appointors of trusts for an upcoming Estates and Trusts conference in Queensland
- drafting court documents
- preparing settlement correspondence
