Adrian Hutchinson, B.A. LL.B. (Hons), is an estate planning and commercial and property lawyer. Adrian works with Peter Worrall and Kimberley Martin in the Estate Planning practice area. He also works with Peter Worrall and David Bailey in the Commercial & Property Law practice area.
Adrian assists with the preparation of complex legal documents involving trusts, companies and superannuation. He enjoys formulating and documenting estate planning arrangements for clients including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Instruments Appointing Enduring Guardians. Adrian also acts for clients seeking advice about the structuring of farm succession arrangements, involving taxation considerations.
Adrian is a graduate with honours from the University of Tasmania and holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. At university Adrian majored in criminology and completed his minor in international relations.
Adrian provides clients with quality advice about their succession arrangements and high level services across all aspects of estate planning.
Outside of work Adrian enjoys exploring Tasmania, bushwalking and restoring old cars.
