Donna’s recent projects have included

  • taking instructions for and drafting an affidavit in Supreme Court proceedings involving a claim against an estate
  • reviewing and analysing an expert witness report in a complex financial dispute, the subject of a Supreme Court proceeding
  • advising about a dispute about the superannuation of a deceased person, including about the processes of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal
  • researching and advising about the rights and entitlements of step children, and specifically adult step children, under the Testator’s Family Maintenance Act 1912 (Tas)

Donna is a member of the Law Society of Tasmania, Tasmanian Women’s Lawyers, and Restorative Justice International.  She is an AFS alumni, and a past Rotary Vocational Exchange professional who travelled to Mexico to gain an understanding of her profession in an overseas jurisdiction.
